Satisfaction Guaranteed
- If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of your purchase price.
- To return, you need to email supportw @ terascout.com to obtain a return auth number.
- You would then have to ship the product in original packaging to us.
- We would refund your purchase price, minus the shipping.
Warranty
- Batteries carry a six month warranty.
- We would replace defective batteries during the warranty period.
- To claim under warranty, you need to email supportw @ terascout.com to obtain a return auth number.
- You would then have to ship the defective battery to us.
- We would replace your defective battery with one that has equal or higher rating.
Limitations
- Our warranty only cover replacement of defective items.
- We are not responsible for consequential damages.
- You must use only specified charger.
- Do not Short-Circuit.
- Battery may explode if disposed of in fire.
